The reason the SSL is not showing is that your website is loading in the HTTP protocol, You need to redirect your website to HTTPS Protocol.
One way to do that is to add this code to your .htaccess file

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://example.com/$1 [R,L]

If you have installed CMS like WordPress, you can also change the URL in the software settings.

Also, I needed to know why the chat system isn't working on the site. Like, everything else is working but the send button on the chat only isn't functioning well. By the way, thanks for this helpful info.

Your website says too many redirects, looks like the settings on your website are configured by default to redirect to HTTP.
Try to remove the code you just added from the .htaccess file and instead look at your settings on the software you are using. If you still can't solve the issue, open a support ticket from the Vpanel.

Okay, I added that code and changed that domain from example.com to my domain but it still redirects to example.com instead of PhotoBook. Also, I wonder why this FTP File Manager is so complicated to use, I can't even edit anything on it.

Tyler Como se adjunta la Imagen? Ya que me sigue dando el mismo error que no me deja guardar los Cname. Cuando relleno la información y al momento de hacer click en Add se queda sin agregar nada. O sea como que no funciona me parece?

i followed all the steps and managed to activate the ssl nd redirect to https, when i use my phone it says connection is secure but on desktop there is still a notification that parts of this page are not secure, the page is completly new and just a template

Sometimes it might not show due to cache, try to clear them or open your website in a new private window.
If the problem still persists, drop your domain name in the reply, or open a support ticket from the control panel.

Following this clear tutorial, I still got an error:
"Chain Certificate Status: No Intermediate/Chain certificate were found."
This make my website unusable for some apps (for example Fediverse apps)

Any idea?

Where did you get that issue?
If you used some SSL Checkers then they might show this issue. You can safely ignore this issue.
Modern browsers do not require an Intermediate/Chain Certificate and Your website will load fine on 99% of the browsers.

Also, Free Hosting does not support uploading Chain Certificate so, if you insist on uploading them you might need to upgrade to Premium

As I told you, fediverse apps (for instance Hubzilla, Mastodon) can't connect to my website because of this error.
You confirm that there are no other way to fix this except upgrading to Premium?

Hi guys I found a solution for ssl problems
Aeon free does not prove free ssl in free hosting
But it does give you a option to use cloudflare so u can use cloudflare ssl
And u need to upload the root certificate or ca_bundle ro prevent root not found errors in ssl
But in free hosting you can't upload the key
If you have a premium hosting you need to upload the ca_bundle key after the end certificate word.

To get a free let's encrypt ssl ,and other trusted ssl register yourself in infinity free website ( https://infinityfree.net/ )and in the client are you need to visit the free ssl certificate page and add your domain name and select the ssl provider and create cname records as instructed from your aeon free Cpanel.
If you are using a sub domain you can use only go get ssl which is better than self signed ssl and it will not cause any root issue as you get only 2 files private key and certificate the root certificate will automatically be added . After you get the key install the key in ssl section in aeon free cpanel.

If your are have a own domain name then you can use the let's encrypt ssl in tthesame method by adding the cname records.

You will have root certificate issues if you use let's encrypt ssl from any other website . But here you can get the let's encrypt ssl without CA bundle and root issue will be solved

Note: you don't need to host your domain with infinity free to get ssl for free

You just summed up what's written in the tutorial. You don't need to go to InfinityFree just to generate an SSL Certificate, You can generate them from ZeroSSL or GoGetSSL (You can copy the Certificate without downloading it here) and use them on the Cpanel.

May be that true but in zerossl or gogetssl from offial website u need to verify it after installing the certificate in the cpanel.
But in free hosting you don't have a field to install the ca_bundle or the root certificate.
So there will be root issues
.
But using infinity free ssl area you will not receive root issue.

I did not get any issue on my both websites
