You can delete your Dashboard Account by going to your Account (by clicking on the top-right option where it shows your email address in Dashboard) > Edit your Profile > Delete
Do remember that you need to deactivate and delete your hosting accounts first. You can do so by going to the information tab of your hosting account and then clicking on deactivate. It might take 1-5 minutes for the accounts to get deactivated, after deactivation, they will show an Inactive badge. Then you can delete them permanently from the database.
