Sorry, I don't get what's the problem. Might be because you have multiple nameservers associated with the domain? Try removing all and add these and try again.

Cookie I was told by the admin that I can use both, and that they point to the same ip address.

Namecheap my registrar said everything is setup correctly and that I need to make a zone file on the host server and the issue is on the host end.

Your domain name still points to different nameservers at the same time, try to remove them all and add only
ns1-ns5.byet.org nameservers and try again.

Really sorry for the delay in the answer. Looks like the issue was due to the domain name being a Unicode domain, and free hosting does not support them.

I don't know the exact reason for it but looks like free hosting is properly not configured to work with Unicode Domains. That's why there is an error showing up.
