Really sorry for the late response.
Currently, a few free hosting servers are experiencing issues regarding FTP and we are trying to solve the issue.
We don't have a fixed Estimated time as to when the issue will be resolved.
The only thing that can be done is to wait till the issues are resolved, we are trying our best to resolve them.
If you don't want to wait, you can remove your domain name from the old account and create a new hosting account (You will be assigned a working server) and you can migrate all your files.
