Really sorry for the late reply.
The Missing headers you are showing on the image are not the issue of hosting, you can add them on your .htaccess files. There is a clear guide to fix them when you click on the links provided on the page.
Also, do note that the scanners won't work with aeonfree because we don't allow tools that cannot execute javascript to access your website on free hosting due to security reasons so, to check if they are working properly you can inspect elements on your page on chrome, go to the Network tab and look up the headers. Due to caching in free hosting, the result might take a few hours to get updated.
