Connection failed: No such file or directory

Hi,

I am new here and just uploaded my files. However, I am obtaining the following error for my links:
Connection failed: No such file or directory

For instance, I have a file called 'register.php' but while accessing it from 'index.php', I am obtaining the above error.

My domain is:
https://etrack.hstn.me/

Please note that all my files are at the same level as index.php

The message does not seem to be produced by a 404 error, there must be something wrong with your code.
Are you using a database? and if yes do check the database credentials once.
