Problem connecting the domain

Hello everybody. I have a very serious problem. Here, on aeonfree, I have a hosting account named mseet_29408927 and with the domain lucazani.hstn.me. From my control panel I went to "Addon Domains" and entered lucazani.com. I set ns1.hstn.me and ns2.hstn.me as nameservers and waited 48 hours. But when I click on add I get an error saying that the domain is added another account. What happened? Admin could you please fix this? What can I do?

You might have used your domain name on any other website powered by iFastNet and having byet.org nameservers.
Remove your domain name from that website and then you can add it on aeonfree.

Tyler I have connected to infinityfree but i have deactivated the account. I need to delete it before adding?

What you can do is reactivate your hosting account then remove the domain name from infinityfree and then add it to aeonfree through the addon domains option.

Tyler I am unable to reactivate the account. I contacted the admin but he says he can not help me

When was your account suspended? Did you personally suspended it or was it suspended for abuse?

Tyler Personally suspended, but i tink i have solved contacting the ifastnet support requesting the domain disconnecting
