I am writing regarding an issue with my hosting account. Since yesterday, my website has been inaccessible. When I try to open it, I receive an HTTP 403 Forbidden error. I have already tried accessing it from different browsers and devices, but the problem persists.
I can still log in to the Aeonfree control panel without any issues. I have checked my public_html folder, and the index file is present. I also temporarily renamed the .htaccess file to see if that was causing the problem, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the error.
Could you please check from your end what might be causing this block or error? I would appreciate it if you could clarify whether this is a server-side block, an IP ban, or an issue with my account settings. Please let me know if there is any additional information I need to provide from my side to help resolve this.
