I am writing to report a serious issue with my hosting account.
Earlier today, I noticed that all of my files have been completely deleted from the File Manager. I spent several days uploading and organizing this data, and it has disappeared without any action on my part.
I have not made any changes to the settings or requested any deletions. Could you please investigate if there was a server error or a synchronization issue? Most importantly, I would like to know if there is any way to restore these files from a backup.
