Site Is Suspended

My domain has been suspended, and I’m seeing a message that says, “Please log in to the control panel right now to reactivate it.” However, I’m unable to log in. I’ve tried using my username and password multiple times, but nothing happens.

I am getting same issues, not even able to access cpanel.
If I may ask, is the issue solved or not?

I have the same issue with one of my suspended accounts. at the same time I was able to activate another suspended account by trying to open the control panel. In this succesfull case I was not even asked to log in but I recived message that the account will be opened, but it can take some time. I reality it took 5 minutes.

hjpl But still my other account remais suspended. Control panel does not allow me to log in nad I see no other way to activate the account. CAN SOMEONE FROM SUPPORT HELP ON THIS???

Hello,
It's a bug on our side.
If you are not able to login to the control panel, It sadly means your hosting account was deleted due to inactivity. If an account doesn't get any visitors or you do not login to your account every two months, it will be suspended to save the hosting space.

You can delete the hosting account and create a new one with same domain name.
