CREATE VIEW command denied to user

I have created a free account to test my website online.
I have created and imported my database, but it contains 2 views, and when I execute the sql statement to create them, I get the error:
CREATE VIEW command denied to user

Is there a limitation to free account to not use Views or am I doing something wrong?

Same applies to Functions... Cannot create any on the mysql.
