Can we just Go Blogger and fuck those hosts

Hi every body,
I think those Hosting providers are just using this free plan to get trafic,
What can you do with a website that doesn't have a proper cron, or can't make an API Call, what we are supposed to try before going premium ?
It's free i get it, does that mean close everything we came here for free this free that free, but its not working guys,
Posting here its like talking to a wall, id rather be on Blogger than have a half wordpress site .

dude trust me, i have tried the most of them at least the once that still have some people on it, and they all have very poor support !
