I can't export my site using all in one wp migration and wpvivid plugin

Hello everyone.
I have created a site in wordpress using aeonfree's free hosting services and now i want to download my site and transfer it to a new domain. I have tried two plugins All in one wp migration plugin and WPVIVID plugin but both are not working WPVIVID plugin stops working after 28% of backup and All in one wp migration plugin stops download after 9 MB. I am using free hosting and .hstn.me subdomain for my site for now. I don't why this is happening can someone please help me and guide me?

Hello,
In free hosting, you can only store files smaller than 10MB. Instead of using a plugin try:
Backing your files by downloading them through a file manager like FileZilla
and then back up your MySql database.

Then after the backup is complete upload them to the desired hosting service.
Edit the wp-config.php file and replace the old details with the new ones.
