Renewing SSL Certificate

I have a question about renewing an SSL certificate for ZeroSSL.
The fact is that I just installed the certificate, made a redirect to HTTPS request according to your instructions and it works. But how do I renew this certificate using ZeroSSL since I don't have the money to subscribe to the ZeroSSL site. Please tell me how to do this so that I can renew my certificates. Also, do you support certificates from Let's Encrypt? And one more question, there are other services for creating and renewing free SSL certificates besides ZeroSSL. I want to know the details. To renew your certificate in ZeroSSL, you just need to create a new one with the same steps.
But they only offer 3 certificates for free.
You might want to find an alternative provider. You can use https://ssl.pichisdns.com/le/ for Let's Encrypt Certificates.
It supports cname verification.

But you need to generate your own CSR. It might be a bit complicated for you.
