I know dealing with DDoS attacks is really hard and it's not your fault but sorry there is nothing we can do.
If we instead of suspending the website take all the hits you get, it will affect every hosting account hosted on free hosting.
What you can do is backup all your files and use a new domain name or use any kind of DDoS protection service like Cloudflare to prevent DDoS Attacks.
Also, try reading the articles regarding How to prevent or deal with DDos Attacks so you can prevent them in the future.
