Error! could not read line from socket problem

Uh, I'm new and why this thing happen?
When Im going to edit the website on the file manager, it says Error! could not read line from socket
Is the ftp having a problem?

Have you tried any other FTP software like Filezilla? If a similar issue occurs in the FTP software then,
It might be due to the outage issue, the FTP seems to be down for few IP addresses, your free hosting IP might be one of them.
It will get fixed within few hours.

Tyler alright thanks, I'm probably gonna wait until it resolved because I don't know how to use filezilla
